By utilising 5,500° K white Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) as opposed tohalogen lamps, the Green Series Medical Exam Lights will provide you with a superior, white light that is signifi cantly brighter than halogen, resulting in an overall improved examination by allowing for enhanced visualisation of the area, true tissue colour rendition, and a uniform spot—no dark or hot spots. Our white LEDs combine industry-leading lumen performance and 50,000 hours of life. Green Series Medical Exam Lights are Greener, for a lower cost of ownership.
Among the fi rst medical exam lights to feature LED technology, the Welch Allyn Green Series provides a lower cost of ownership, this is due to the elimination of bulb replacement and overall lower energy consumption, as well as no heat dissipation for greater comfort and safety. Plus, there are also intensity controls for the GS 600 and GS 900 that allow you to adjust light output based on your needs. Green Series Medical Exam Lights are designed to aid in infection control.
The Green Series Medical Exam Lights feature touchless on/off controls to reduce your contact with the light and a new ergonomic design that is easy to clean. When used with our disposable sheaths, you can reduce the risk of infection due to cross contamination.
