Each bag contains an insert card, which has full, easy to follow step-by-step instructions for use.System Components1 x Layer No. 1 - Ultra SoftULTRA SOFT should be applied without tension. Start at the base of the toes and ensure that the heel is locked in. Continue application using a spiral technique with a 50% overlap up the leg to just below the knees. This bandage may also be utilised to reshape the limb.1 x Layer No. 2 - Ultra LiteULTRA LITE should be applied at mid-stretch. Start at the base of the toes ensuring that the heel is locked in. Continue application using a spiral technique with 50% overlap, continue to just below the top of layer 1. Cut off any excess bandage and secure with tape.1 x Layer No. 3 - Ultra PlusULTRA PLUS. Once the foot and heel are locked in, the bandage should be applied at 50% stretch, 50% overlap in a figure of eight technique. The central yellow line provides a guide for achieving the overlap. Finish at the top of layer 2, cut off any excess bandage and secure with tape.1 x Layer No. 4 - Ultra FastULTRA FAST.
