How to Use:

• Put the EyeBag® in a clean dish in the microwave for 30-40 seconds on full power.
• Take out and check heat against wrist and double check against your cheek.
• Hold EyeBag® by the tips and shake to mix the flax seeds and evenly distribute heat.
• Lie in a comfortable position and apply EyeBag® (silver side will be hotter than black) over closed eyes to cover bridge of your nose.
• After recommended amount of time take the EyeBag® off and massage eyes they way explained in booklet (included).
