Eurotrol HemoTrol is a quality control material with a known concentration of hemoglobin. Eurotrol HemoTrol is used to regularly check the accuracy and precision of HemoCue B-Hemoglobin and HemoCue Hb 801 systems. Please refer to local guidelines regarding frequency of execution.
Eurotrol HemoTrol fulfills the IVD medical device directive 98/79 / EC and bears the CE mark. Eurotrol HemoTrol is only to be used for in-vitro diagnostics. Eurotrol HemoTrol should be stored in the refrigerator at 2-8 ° C until opened.
At this storage temperature, the stability of the unopened control is guaranteed up to the expiry date stated on the packaging. After opening the bottle, the control is stable for 30 days at 2-8 ° C or at room temperature (15-30 ° C).
