• This product is usually dispatched via Royalmail, parcelforce, Dx and delivery should be within 2 to 4 working days.
• £7.50 + VAT will be charged for all orders delivered to UK Mainland.
• £15.00 + VAT will be charged to deliver to Scottish Highlands
• £22.50 + VAT will be charged to deliver to Northern Ireland
• We dispatch the goods as quickly as possible, normally within 24 to 48 hours on working days, so that you receive your medical supplies promptly.

Return

• Non-Faulty Products: Notify us within 3 working days if unsatisfied. Return the product in original condition at your cost for a credit note.
• Damaged Products: Report within 3 working days. We’ll collect and offer a refund or exchange.
• Faulty Products: Inform us within 14 working days. We’ll collect and provide a refund or exchange.
• Non-Returnable Items: Single-use instruments, sterile items, custom orders, cold chain products, autoclaves, pharmaceuticals, and similar items cannot be returned unless due to a picking error.
