The "Boso Medicus Smart BP Unit With Manual Inflation" is a semi-automatic Sphyg that allows for both clinical and domestic use. It is highly accurate and easy to operate. Manual inflation is needed in this device, however, the display is digital. In general the cuff size is between 22 and 32 cm. The option of an XL Cuff is also available with this product.
