The BioTherm Dry Ice range is designed for the safe transportation of deep frozen samples to IATA, ADR and DOT (49 CFR) transport regulations.
The BioTherm 15 Dry Ice shipper provides frozen temperature control for a minimum of 96 hours when your temperature critical payload is packed with 12.5kg of dry ice. The internal dimensions of the BioTherm 15 are 258 x 258 x 258mm.
This product can be used for:

- This product is usually dispatched via Royalmail, parcelforce, Dx and delivery should be within 2 to 4 working days.
- £7.50 + VAT will be charged for all orders delivered to UK Mainland.
- £15.00 + VAT will be charged to deliver to Scottish Highlands
- £22.50 + VAT will be charged to deliver to Northern Ireland

Return
- Non-Faulty Products: Notify us within 3 working days if unsatisfied. Return the product in original condition at your cost for a credit note.

- Faulty Products: Inform us within 14 working days. We’ll collect and provide a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Single-use instruments, sterile items, custom orders, cold chain products, autoclaves, pharmaceuticals, and similar items cannot be returned unless due to a picking error.
