The BioHermes A1c Quality Control Solution is designed to be used as an assayed quality control material to evaluate the precision of testing methods for glycohemoglobin analysis systems (glycohemoglobin analyzers and test kits) using boronate affinity chromatography methodology.
Before using any patient samples, a quality control test should be run to check that the analysis system is working properly. There are two levels of control available for monitoring performance within the clinical range.
This product is made from human whole blood and contains preservatives and stabilisers, as well as a normal quantity of haemoglobin. For greater stability, the control is delivered as a lyophilized powder.

- This product is usually dispatched via Royalmail, parcelforce, Dx and delivery should be within 2 to 4 working days.
- £7.50 + VAT will be charged for all orders delivered to UK Mainland.
- £15.00 + VAT will be charged to deliver to Scottish Highlands
- £22.50 + VAT will be charged to deliver to Northern Ireland

Return
- Non-Faulty Products: Notify us within 3 working days if unsatisfied. Return the product in original condition at your cost for a credit note.
- Damaged Products: Report within 3 working days. We’ll collect and offer a refund or exchange.
- Faulty Products: Inform us within 14 working days. We’ll collect and provide a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Single-use instruments, sterile items, custom orders, cold chain products, autoclaves, pharmaceuticals, and similar items cannot be returned unless due to a picking error.
